People told me LeaderShape would change my life. I’m always skeptical when someone tells me that, but they were right.
I don’t think I started realizing the impact of this past week until the last two days, when people were so honest with you. From that moment on, you were forever intertwined. These people, both the facilitators and the participants, are people I may not talk to in five years, but they’ll still be my friend on facebook because of this connection, because of their incredible love and support.
For myself, I’ve had a rough idea of what I wanted to do in life and what I loved. But now I have a plan, now I have a stronger foundation of people backing me up, and now I just need to take a leap of faith. Get dirty. Take chances. The part I always struggled with, but with these people behind me, I can do it.
And if I fall down, I’ll just say, “How fascinating!” and keep on at it.
